Bongo and Boogs sit on the sidewalk beneath the rusted train trestle where Bridge Street joins Main. Bongo, a massive hulk of a man, and Boogs, his squat sidekick, with their scruffy unkempt beards and long greasy tendrils of peppered mane, are known by some locals as the “trolls beneath the bridge.”
